The Specific Working Methods of the Zahuri Sufi* Website

1. The website will serve as a means of propagating its ideals by publishing information
and material on the world wide web which is accessible, free of charge, to those who have
access to the world wide web. It is hoped such material will be updated frequently .

2. The information or material will also be published in hard copy form for those who do not
have such computer access. In this case costs of postage etc. may apply. Subject to a limit
of 100 pages.

3. The publication of material on the website by members will be considered by the
founding members of the website, provided it is in accord with the ideals expressed in the
Mission Statement.

4. Access to the site is of course available free to any person who is interested. Individuals
or institutions may apply for membership which is open to all who are in accord with our
ideals irrespective of religious, political, sexual, social, class, colour, national or ethnic
distinctions or other similair factors which divide man from man. Membership requires a
token payment (any denomination (however small) coin or note available in the members
own country). Full membership can be obtained by letter requesting this with coin or note.

5. Membership does not imply any religious, social, political or sectarian affiliation but does
imply a commitment to the ideals expressed above. Membership of individuals, groups or
companies will be published on the site, unless a request not to do so is received. The
founders of the Zahuri website reserve the right to refuse or to withdraw membership
without giving any reason.

6. The Zahuri website will not seek to solicit financial contributions of any kind (whether for
charitable purposes or otherwise) but may charge for necessary costs such as postage for
hard copy. NB this does not apply to the publication of books whether on the www or
conventional books.

7. Individuals or institutions who wish to contribute materially may do so, with the agreement
of the founding members (by for example purchasing web-space, computer software or
paper for hard copy), but not in such a way that any individual or group may personally or
severally benefit materially by such contributions. Any such contributions will be properly
processed with receipts provided and accounts kept.

8. The Zahuri website will host Sharib Press and other similair publishing companies or
other ventures where incidental commercial factors may be involved, but will not advertise
commercially oriented companies for profit. Any company (or individual) that is approved to
publish on the site and whose use of it also has a commercial component, trades
independently of the website, which takes no responsibility for, or profits from, their
transactions. The founding members will take every precaution in assuring themselves of
the ethical quality of any such company.

9. The Zahuri website will respect the confidentiality of members or contributors when this is
requested.

10. Any alteration to this document found to be necessary will be made only by agreement
of the founding members and published openly in the website.
